Copies
Additional copies are available on a chaptered DVD at £50 each.

Discounts
We offer 10% discount for any wedding taking place on a Monday through to Thursday
(not including Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year) and for the out of season
months of October, November and January through to April.
Editing
Production time for your completed DVD is a MINIMUM of three months, after which a
proof copy will be available for your approval before the fi nal master copy is produced.
Any re-edits other than the author’s corrections will be chargeable at £50 per hour.
Additional extended end sequences can be added to order and will be quoted separately.

Meals for the Camera Crew
It is a condition of booking that refreshments are available throughout the day, plus a two
course hot meal (starter and main course) for the camera crew to be served at the same
time as the wedding breakfast. This is to ensure that the crew do not have to leave the
venue and are on hand to cover the cutting of the cake and to set up the equipment
for the recording of the speeches. In the event of this not being provided, an additional
charge of £30 per crew member will be applied to cover the cost of eating out.
Payment Terms
A £500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due
one calendar month prior to the event.

Surcharges
We are obliged to add extra charges to cover excessive travelling and accommodation
costs. These are chargeable at £125 per night, per cameraman.
As we offer a bespoke international service all of our packages can be adapted to suit
your individual needs and we will be pleased to quote for any special requirements
not listed.
